The Private Complaint is filed by the Complainant under

Section 200 of Cr.P.C. against the accused alleging that she

has committed the offence punishable under Section 138 of

Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. The brief facts of the complaint are as follows:

The complainant submits that the Accused is known to

him since more than 10 years. In the second week of March,

2019 the Accused approached him with a request to provide

hand loan of Rs.10 lakes for her marriage and also for credit

adjustment to start the own beauty parlour business at

Marathalli, Bengaluru by agreeing to repay the same within 3

months. Believing the words of the Accused, he paid Rs.10

lakhs to the Accused on two occasions i.e., on 25.3.2019

Rs.5 lakhs and on 30.3.2019 a sum of Rs.5 lakhs by way of

cash after withdrawing from his wife’s bank account.
