                                        ORDER
Order No.                               18.06.2025

   01.      1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement
            (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner during the course of
his argument submitted that the Petitioner does not want to
press this application. The Petitioner intends to surrender and
move for bail before the court below. Hence he prays to direct
the court below to consider his bail application and dispose of
the same on the very same day.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the
learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the
records.

4. The Petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged
commission of offence under Sections 302, 109, 120-B, 212, 34
of the Indian Penal Code r/w Section 25/27 Arms Act in
Page 1 of 2.
S.T.Case No.39 of 2009 arising out of Plantsite P.S.Case
No.275 of 2002 which is now pending in the court of the
learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rourkela.

5. Considering such submission of the learned counsel,
the Petitioner is given liberty to surrender before the learned 1st
Additional Sessions Judge, Rourkela in the aforesaid case
within four weeks from today. In the event the Petitioner
surrenders and moves for bail within the aforesaid period,
learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rourkela shall do well
to dispose of the bail application of the Petitioner on the same
day on merit in accordance with law, by maintaining the
principles of parity, if applicable.

6. Case Diary be made available to the concerned courts.
Records be transmitted to the higher forum at the cost of the
Petitioner, if applied for.

7. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.

8. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per Rules.
