This writ petition is disposed of in following terms as agreed
and requested by the learned counsels for the respective parties:-
1. The order dated 04.03.2011 passed by the Board of
Revenue, Rajasthan, Ajmer in Appeal No.11301/2000: Kalyan
Prasad versus Ramcharan & Ors. is quashed and set aside.
2. The petitioner is held entitled for issuance of Patta.
3. The parties would abide by the terms of the compromise
deed dated 18.12.2024 entered into in between them.
Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
