1. Heard both sides.
2. This arbitration application is filed under Section 11(6) of the
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the applicant seeking
appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the
parties arising out of Contractual Agreement no. 1F2/2006-2007 dt.
27.09.2006.
3. It is alleged by the applicant that there was delay in making
availability of the land apart from non-availability of fund with the
respondents for execution of the work in question, and the agreement
was wrongfully cancelled on 12.02.2011 by the respondents, that
security amount submitted by it was forfeited and it was also
blacklisted.
