2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with Special Case No.272 of 2023
pending on the file of learned ADJ-cum-Special
Judge (POCSO), Balasore, arising out of Baliapal
P.S. Case No.247 of 2023 for commission of
offences punishable under Sections 363, 366,
376(2)(n), 323, 506 & 34 of IPC read with Section
6 of POCSO Act read with Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s),
3(2)(va) of SC & ST (PoA) Act.
3. Issue notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by
Registered Post with A.D. Requisites shall be filed
by 12.08.2025.
4. Taking into account the noting of the
Registry regarding non-service of the notice
through post, learned counsel for the Petitioner is
requested to serve an extra copy of the brief on the
learned counsel for the State, who is requested to
serve the notice on the informant through the I.O.
indicating that the matter shall be taken up on
23.09.2025.
