Learned senior counsel for the petitioner in the proceeding of PIL
No. 22 of 2024, Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar is present before this Court physically and
whereby is referring to the provision of Article 19(1)(D) of the Constitution of
India. The issues in between the petitioner and respondents are very much
required to be addressed keeping in view of the provision of the said Article of the
Constitution of India.

Keeping in view of the submission made by the learned CGSC for
the Union, Mr. Boboy Potsangbam, it is deemed appropriate that the learned CGSC
be directed to secure a specific report from the Secretary, Ministry of Home Affair,
Government of India and equally, report shall be secured from the Chief Secretary,
Government of Manipur to persuade the matter in accordance with law.

Whereas, learned counsel for the respondents No. 7 & 9, Mr. M.
Chittaranjan; learned counsel for the respondent No. 8, Mr. Dayali Elangbam and
learned counsel for the State, Mr. Dimalkumar Haobam are present before this
Court physically.

Hence, these matters would be listed on 03.09.2025.
