This application for bail under Section 483 of BNSS has been
filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection with
F.I.R. No.93/2020 registered at Police Station Rageshwari Gas
Terminal, Rawli Nadi, District Barmer, for offences under Sections
148, 365/149, 342, 149, 394/149, 302/149 and 396 of the IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the co-
accused Mukesh Kumar @ Moola Ram (S.B. Cr. Misc. Bail
Application No.13427/2024 and Ghanshyam (S.B. Cr. Misc. 2 nd Bail
Application No.4332/2024) have already been enlarged on bail by
a coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 12.02.2025
and 25.02.2025 respectively. Learned counsel submitted that the
case of the present petitioner is not distinguishable from that of
the above named co-accused persons who have already been

enlarged on bail. Learned counsel further submitted that out of
total 57 cited prosecution witnesses, only 15 witnesses have been
examined till date.
