1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Aftab Ansari for learned
advocate Ms. Anmol Pradeep Jain for the petitioners.
2. The present writ application is filed under Article 227 of
the Constitution of India with the following relief:-
“a. To admit and allow this application;
b. To be issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ, Order of
direction to quash and set aside the Order dated 25.04.2022 passed
below Exhibit 100 in Regular Petition No. 04/2016 inter alia staying the
proceedings of Civil Execution Regular Petition No. 04/2016 (Annexed
at “Annexure-A” to this Petition) passed by the by the Learned
Principal Senior Civil Judge, Anjar- Kutch in the interest of justice;
