01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with C.T. Case No.1319 of 2023 pending
in the Court of learned JMFC-II, Bhubaneswar, arising
out of Special crime unit P.S. Case No.13 of 2023 for
commission of offence punishable under Sections
465/467/468/471/420/506/120-B of IPC.
3. During the course of submission, learned
counsel for the State, on instruction, submits that the
Petitioner is not cooperating with the ongoing
investigation.
4. Taking note of the same, the Petitioner is
directed to appear before the I.O on 29.04.2025.
5. List this matter on 19.06.2025.

6. As an interim measure, it is directed that the
Petitioner shall not be taken into custody in
connection with the aforesaid case, till the next
date.
7. It is needless to say that the Petitioner shall
cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
8. Copy of this order be made over to the
learned counsel for the State to do the needful.
