Acting under Section 235(1) of
Cr.P.C, the accused Nos.1 and 2 in
S.C.1165/2016 are hereby acquitted
for the offence punishable under
Sections 302, 120(B) R/w.34 IPC,
u/s.3(2)(v) of the SC/ST (POA) Act,
1989.
Acting under Section 235(1) of
Cr.P.C, the accused Nos.3 and 4 in
S.C.381/2023 are hereby acquitted for
the offence punishable under Sections
302, 120(B) R/w.34 IPC, u/s.3(2)(v) of
the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989.
M.Os.1 to 11 being worthless are
ordered to be destroyed after appeal
period is over.
The accused persons in both the
cases are set at liberty.
