[1] Present Mr. T. Momo, learned sr. counsel assisted by Ms. N. Diana,
learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA for the State
respondent and Ms. S. Gangarani, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3,
arbitrator.

[2] The learned sr. counsel for the petitioner submits that the arbitrator
appointed by the ministry has not acted upon the application 3G(5) filed by the
petitioner.

[3] In the meanwhile, recovery notice has been issued by the Collector.

[4] In the circumstances, status quo shall be maintained till the next date.

[5] The learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 prays for 2(two) weeks’
time for taking instructions.
