The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that
notwithstanding an order dated 3 September, 2024, the respondent
Controller has chosen not to file any Affidavit in Opposition.
On behalf of the respondent Controller, it is submitted that though
they have repeatedly sought for instructions no response has been forwarded
from the Appropriate Authority.
As a last chance, let this matter appear in the Monthly List of March,
2025.
In the meantime, the respondents are peremptorily directed to file
their Affidavit in Opposition by 14 February, 2025, Reply, if any, prior to the
returnable date.
