01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the Opposite Party.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with C.T. Case No. 740 of 2024 pending in
the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Cog-II, Bhubaneswar,
arising out of Mancheswar P.S. Case No.205 of 2024
for commission of offence punishable under Sections
406/ 408/ 409/ 414/ 416/ 417/ 419/ 420/ 470/ 471
/477-A/ 427/ 425/ 506/ 34 of IPC.
3. Issue notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by
Registered post with A.D. Requisites shall be filed by
04.07.2025.

4. List this matter on 05.08.2025. Learned
counsel for the State is called upon to obtain the Case
Diary.
5. As an interim measure, it is directed that the
Petitioner shall not be taken into custody in
connection with the aforesaid case, till the next date.
In the event of non filing of requisites, by the
date fixed, the interim order shall stands vacated.
6. It is needless to say that the Petitioner shall
cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
