1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This is the second bail application of the applicant. By means of the present bail application, the applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 184 of 2023, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as “NDPS Act”), Police Station- Jigna, District- Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial.
3. Counsel for the applicant submitted that there is no compliance of Section 52A of NDPS Act. He further submits that he is in jail since 21.12.2023. Apart from this, no new argument was advanced by counsel for the applicant.
4. Learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the bail application.
