“Wherefore it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to transfer the Case No. 1115/2021 (Earlier Case No.942/2021) (Lalita Vs. Kuldeep) under sections 125 Cr.P.C. filed by opposite party no.2 relating to Police Station Mitauli, District Kheri, pending before the First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Kheri to the competent court of any other District, in the interest of justice.”
