1. On 28.11.2024, this Court has issued notice and granted stay

of further proceedings in Matrimonial Case No.436 of 2019 titled as

“Subhash Kumar Jaiswal Vs. Kumari Anamika Gupta” pending before the

Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram, Bihar.

2. Office report dated 24.06.2025 indicates that respondent has

been served. However there is no representation on behalf of the

respondent.

3. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused

the materials on record.

4. On due consideration, we are of the opinion that a case for

transfer has been made out. Accordingly, we direct transfer of

Matrimonial Case No.436 of 2019 titled as “Subhash Kumar Jaiswal

Vs. Kumari Anamika Gupta” pending before the Court of Principal
