01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual
/Physical Mode).

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel
for the State. Perused the records.

3. This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the
Petitioners for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under
Sections 294/307/ 323/ 325/ 341/ 354/ 506/34 of I.P.C. in G.R. Case
No.1675 of 2024 of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak arising
out of Tihidi P.S. Case No.312 of 2024.

4. On perusal of the record it appears that the Petitioners had
earlier approached this Court by filing ABLAPL No.8490 of 2024
which was disposed of vide order dated 04.11.2024 granting liberty
to the Petitioners to surrender before the court below, with a further

direction to the court below to consider and dispose of the application
on the same day.

5. Learned counsel for the Petitioners has again moved this
application seeking bail on some change circumstances, however,
this Court has not convinced.

6. Keeping in view the fact that earlier the Petitioners were
permitted to surrender, the Petitioners are directed to surrender and
take advantage of order dated 04.11.2024 in the event they surrender
within four weeks from today. Accordingly, the order dated
04.11.2024 is extended for a period of four weeks.

7. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
