Heard Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel assisted
by Ms. Rinika Maibam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
Issue notice, returnable within four weeks.
Ms. Sharmila, learned counsel assisting Mr. H. Debendra,
learned Deputy AG entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf
of respondents No. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 and Ms. Julekha, learned counsel
entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 8,
hence no formal notice is called for in respect of the said respondents.
Petitioner is to take steps for service of notice upon
respondent No. 3 and 9 by way of speed post service.
Steps should be taken within two week and the petitioner is to
file an affidavit showing proof of service of such notice.
List these cases again on 07-03-2025.
Prayer for passing interim order will be considered after filing
of the counter affidavit.
