This matter is being taken up for out of turn hearing
mentioning made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that
the father of the petitioner no. 1, namely, Lakhan has died on
21.05.2025 and his Shradh is fixed on 02.06.2025.
2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with
Patna GRP (Rail Thana) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2025 registered
for the offences under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(5), 111 and
112 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act, 2023 and Sections 20,
22 and 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. Without going into merits of the case and taking
into consideration the fact that the Shradh of the father of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35546 of 2025(2) dt.27-05-2025

petitioner no. 1 is fixed on 02.06.2025, let the petitioner no. 1,
Lakhan, be enlarged on provisional bail till 09.06.2025 on
furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)
with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
learned Court of Session Judge/Special Judge (NDPS), Patna, in
connection with Patna GRP (Rail Thana) P.S. Case No. 173 of
2025, with conditions that he should surrender before the
learned Court below on or before 09.06.2025, and one of the
bailors will be the relative of the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also
directed to file a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the
surrender certificate of the petitioner no. 1.
5. Call for legible/carbon copy of the case diary from
the Court of learned Session Judge/Special Judge (NDPS),
Patna, in connection with Patna GRP (Rail Thana) P.S. Case No.
173 of 2025.
6. List this case on 30.06.2025.
