                     Seen the report of the superintendent of
              'SR' section wherein the following defects are still
              subsisting:

                    1.

Proper court fees being Rs. 43080/-

instant memo of appeal is preferred
with court fees of Rs. 100/-, leaving a
deficit of Rs. 42980/-.

2. This instant memo of appeal is barred
by 449 days delay. But no application
for condonation of delay with the memo
of appeal has yet been filed.

3. The classification of appeal furnished in
words being erroneous calls for
rectification.

Since, there is a question of D.C.F, in
terms of the A.S.Rs report dated 17.03.25, the
Ld. Advocate for the appellant is hereby directed
to put the D.C.F by 1st of April, 2025 positively,
in default, the matter will be placed before the
Hon’ble Bench for necessary direction.

As regards point nos. 2 & 3, Ld. Advocate
for the appellant is hereby directed to remove the
defect as indicated hereinabove, within two
weeks from the date of this order.
