Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned
A.P.P for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case
registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342,
323, 337, 325, 307, 332, 333, 353, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian
Penal Code and Section 3 & 4 of Prevention of Damage to
Public Property Act.
3. These petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with
specific allegation that they alongwith other co-accused persons
caused hindrance in performing official duty of police party and
other Government officers. Accused persons are also alleged to
have assaulted police party with lathi, danda and bricks, on
account of which, four persons sustained injuries. Besides this,
petitioner no. 2 has got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer
for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected.
