Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

A.P.P. for the State duly assisted by learned counsel for the

informant/opposite party no. 2.

Earlier, vide order dated 16.01.2024, this application

was dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner nos. 2,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7792 of 2022 dt.04-03-2025

3, 4 & 5 respectively.

Now, the present petition is limited only for petitioner

no.1, who is the mother-in-law of the informant/opposite

party no. 2.

2. The present quashing application has been

preferred on behalf of petitioner no. 1 for quashing of the

order dated 25.03.2021 passed by learned Sub-Judge-VIII-

cum-A.C.J.M., Patna, whereby learned Magistrate took

cognizance against the petitioners for the offences punishable

under section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section

3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act in connection with Parsa

Bazar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2019.
