The suit bearing O.S. No.565/2007 is filed by the
plaintiff as against the defendants for partition and
separate possession of her ½ share in schedule ‘A’ to
‘C’ properties.
The suit bearing O.S. No.7345/2010 is filed by the
plaintiff as against the defendants for declaration that
the marriage between K.J.Dhananjaya and defendant
No.1 is not consummated and is null and void and to
declare that defendant No.1 is not entitled to receive
death benefits and pension amount and Life Insurance
policy benefits of K.J.Dhananjaya and to declare that
death of K.J.Dhananjaya is due to the cruelty caused
by defendant No.1.
