1. Present is a suit instituted by Plaintiff for recovery of
Rs.72,47,996/- alongwith interest pendente lite and future against the
Defendants.
2. The material facts borne out from the contents of plaint are as
follows:
Plaintiff is a corporate entity incorporated under the Companies Act,
1956 with its registered office at 3rd Floor, M.J. Building, Bhagirath
Place, Delhi. It has one of its manufacturing units at B-201, Phase-2,
Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida, U.P. The suit is filed through Mr. Vikas
Jain (Assistant Manager, Accounts), who has been duly authorized by
the Company by way of Board Resolution dated 03.02.2020 to sign,
institute and prosecute on behalf of Company.
