Legal Aid Clinic, working under the aegis of Legal Service Committee, successfully conducted a session elaborating upon Right to Education and Right to Health. The session was taken by Senior Supreme Court Adv. Ashok Agrawal, on 17th May 2025. Through-out the session, sir elaborated and guided students, through experience, about the importance of Right to Education and Right to Health, as eminent part of Article 21 and the remedies available if the following is being violated. He highlighted how students have played an active role in ensuring that wide applicability of Right to Education and even told the students as how can they complaint or take actions, if they witness any such violations. He further motivated students to actively engage and take part in legal aid activities and work towards furtherance of social cause. We thank Adv.
