About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Legal Associate to assist with legal work related to the Banking Sector, Arbitration, and Drafting. This is a remote job that provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal research, contract drafting, and arbitration-related matters.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on arbitration, banking regulations, and financial laws.
- Interaction with clients directly, discussion with clients on the call.
- Assist in preparing cases and legal opinions.
- Support in arbitration proceedings, including drafting pleadings and submissions.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. from a recognised university.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Basic knowledge of arbitration laws and banking regulations.
