About the Internship
As a Legal Intern at CashKaro, you will gain practical experience in contract drafting, legal research, compliance, and documentation within a dynamic e-commerce and fintech environment. This role is ideal for law students looking to apply their legal knowledge in a corporate setting.
Eligibility
- Law students in their 3rd year (5-year course) or final year (3-year course) from a reputed law school.
- Strong interest in corporate law, contract drafting, and legal research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on corporate law, intellectual property, and compliance matters.
- Support compliance checks, due diligence, and regulatory tasks.
- Maintain and update legal documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
- Organise and analyse legal data using Excel and trackers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal and regulatory adherence.
Duration
Available for a full-time internship (3-6 months)
Location
Gurgaon office.
