About the Internship
Are you eager to deepen your knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP)? Here’s an exciting opportunity to work on a project that delves into IP licensing frameworks, focusing on Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) for startups, SMEs, and educational institutions.
They are seeking dedicated law school interns to assist in research and policy brief/report drafting as part of the project: Cellular Network SEPs: A Study of the Indian Ecosystem, of the think tank ICRIER.
Eligibility
Law students in the 3rd to 5th year of a 5-year program or the 2nd to 3rd year of a 3-year program.
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have prior exposure to IPR courses and IP Litigation experience.
- Possess a science/technology background (engineering, computer science, biotechnology, etc.).
- Demonstrate familiarity with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the DIAC (Administrative Cost & Arbitrators’ Fees) Rules, 2018.
