Internship Opportunity at Trayambak
About the Internship:
Trayambak, a prominent firm specializing in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and legal consulting, is now accepting applications for in-person internships from law and engineering students for the months of July, August, and September 2025. This internship offers valuable exposure to IPR, legal research, and litigation support.
Eligibility:
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year LL.B. or a 5-year integrated law programme.
(ii) Strong research and analytical skills are a must.
(iii) Applicants should be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
(iv) Excellent communication, organizational, and research abilities are essential.
(v) Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills are expected.
(vi) Responsibilities will primarily involve legal research, basic drafting, and court-related activities.
(vii) Open to students from law (LL.B./LL.M.) and engineering backgrounds—preferably in technology, life sciences, electronics, or mechanical disciplines. A demonstrated interest in IPR will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
(i) Supporting the legal team with research, drafting, and compliance-related tasks.
(ii) Conducting legal research and analysis, drafting documents, and preparing case summaries.
(iii) Actively contributing to ongoing projects while developing legal writing skills.
(iv) Assisting in the creation and refinement of content related to legal and IPR topics.
(v) Collaborating with legal professionals on various projects, including research and administrative support.
(vi) Assisting in the drafting and review of legal agreements under expert supervision.
