2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with T.R. No.36 of 2018 pending on the
file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nimapada,
Puri, arising out of GOP P.S. Case No.212 of 2020
for commission of offence punishable under Section
147, 148, 294, 323, 325, 332, 341, 342, 307, 506,
224, 225, 379, 353, 354(B) and 149 of IPC read
with Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the
SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 read
with Section 7 of the Criminal Law (Amendment)
Act.
