02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement
(Virtual/ Physical Mode).

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned
counsel for the State-Opposite Party No.1 and perused the
application as well as the documents annexed thereto.

3. By filing the present application under Section 482 of
Cr.P.C., the accused-Petitioners have approached this Court with a
prayer to quash the criminal proceeding in T.R. Case No.67 of
2024, arising out of G.R. Case No.117 of 2018, pending in the
court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Spl.
Court under POCSO Act, Nayagarh.
