Ernst & Young LLP ((EY UK), Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of TVS Logistics Investment UK Limited, RICO Logistics Limited and TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited, UK, which are material Subsidiaries of the Company (Material Subsidiaries), have resigned with effect from April 4, 2025, according to the Company’s exchange filing.
The Company appointed PBG Associates Limited, as the Statutory Auditor of the Company. “We are ceasing to hold office as the Company wishes to appoint another firm of auditors at a lower fee than we charged for the audit for the year ended 31 March 2024,” EY UK said in the exchange filing.
