1. The legality, propriety and correctness of a judgment and
order dated 4th August, 2022 passed by Appellate Bench of
Court of Small Causes at Bombay in Misc. Appeal No.36 of
2021, whereby the appeal preferred by the respondent –
defendant against an order of rejection of application for
condonation of delay in setting aside the ex parte decree passed
in R.A.E. Suit No.638/1028 of 2007, came to be allowed thereby
condoning the delay in preferring the application for setting
aside the ex parte decree.
