filed a private complaint alleging that his son who
is aged seven years was made stand in the hot
sun as he had wet his pant and went to
washroom, without informing the same to the
concerned teacher. It is submitted that as the
petitioner’s son was made to stand for more than
2 ½ hours in the son, he suffered with fever and
dehydration. The petitioner has filed a private
complaint and get the same referred to the police
for investigation. The police have registered the
crime and are investigating the case.
