Heard Mr. Shravan Kumar, learned counsel for the
applicant/petitioner; Mr. Y. Nirmolchand, learned counsel for the
respondent No. 3; Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned GA for the respondent No. 2
and inclusive of Mr. Saumitra Singhal, learned counsel who is appearing
through video conferencing for the respondent No. 4 in this proceeding.
However, the aforesaid counsels in the rank of the
respondents respectively have submitted that they have no objection in
consideration of the miscellaneous application, being MC(WA) No. 44 of
2025 which is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, seeking for
condonation of delay of 27 days in filing the accompanying Writ Appeal.
However, the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the said
application are found to be justifiable and also acceptable.
