1. The present appeal is filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as “A&C Act”) by the
Appellant herein challenging a Judgment dated 26.03.2024 passed by the
Ld. District Judge (Commercial Court -01) South East, Saket Courts, New
Delhi (hereinafter referred to as “District Judge”) in OMP (COMM)
64/2023. The Ld. District Judge by the Judgment impugned herein has
dismissed the petition filed under Section 34 of the A&C Act by the
Appellant and has affirmed the Order dated 19.05.2023 passed by the Ld.
Arbitrator dismissing an application filed by the Appellant under Section 16
of the A&C Act.
