In the instant application, the petitioners-applicants have contended
that the respondents in terms of the order passed by this court on
27.11.2024 were directed to deal with the respective gun-house premises of
the petitioner strictly in accordance with the mandate of the Arms Act,
1959
and the Arms Rules, 2016 and not by any other direction not bearing
the sanction of Arms Act, 1959 and Arms Rules, 2016, yet the non-
applicant’s respondent’s sealed the gun house premises of the petitioner
while taking away the arms and ammunitions housed therein in the said
house premises, which sealing of the house premises is neither authorized
by the Act of 1959 or Rules of 2016.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners-applicants and perused
the record.

A case for grant of indulgence and interim relief is made out at this
stage.

Notice to the respondents returnable within two weeks’ upon steps
within one week.

List along with main.

In the meanwhile, subject to objections and till next date, respondent
No.2 is directed to de-seal the gun house premises of the petitioner if there
is no legal impediment thereto, having regard to the order passed by this
Court on 27.11.2024.

Modification, Vacation, Alteration on Motion.
