1. Through the medium of instant application, correction in the
particulars of the respondent/non-applicant is being sought as Union of
India through Chief Engineer Military Engineer Services, Udhampur
zone instead of Union of India through Chief Engineer AF Zone,
Udhampur.
2. For the reasons stated in the application, coupled with the submissions
made by the counsel for the applicant at Bar, inasmuch as no objection
expressed by the counsel for the non-applicant, the instant application
is allowed.
3. Counsel for the applicant is directed to file fresh cause title of the case
in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week.

5. Learned counsel for the parties would submit that the instant matter
has arisen out of an order passed by the Commercial Court under the
Commercial Courts Act, 2015 and that the matter is to be heard by the
Commercial Division Bench of this Court constituted in this regard in
terms of Section 4 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.
6. Registry to verify and list accordingly on 10.02.2025.
