None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Perused the records.

Perusal of the office note dated 20.12.2024 reveals that notice was issued to the
respondent Nos. 2 to 5 by registered post with A/D on 05.10.2024.

But so far, no A/D cards or un-served notices regarding the aforesaid notice issued to
the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 have been received by the concerned section.

However, it seems that the postal track consignment report in respect of the respondent
Nos. 2, 3, 4 & 5 are available with the case record and perusal of the said reports reveals the
following:-

R2, R4 & R5:- The respective notices have been delivered to the respondent
Nos. 2, 4 & 5 on 23.10.2024, 24.10.2024 & 23.10.2024 respectively.

As such, it may be said that service in respect of the respondent Nos. 2, 4 & 5
has been completed.

R3:- The notice in respect of the respondent No. 3 has been returned by
“Wagle I.E. S.O.” on 28.10.2024 citing the reason that the addressee has left
without instructions. In this regard, the petitioner is directed to obtain instructions
regarding the present address of the respondent No. 3, within 7 (seven) days from
the date of this order.

Let the matter be listed again before the Lawazima Court on 21.01.2025.
