1. Present petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS seeking
fair, proper, impartial and expedite investigation as well as arrest
the named accused persons and for conduction the investigation
by some higher police officer in FIR No. 26/2023 dated
21.01.2023 registered at Police Station Kotwali Tonk, District Tonk
for the offences under Section 147, 148, 149, 327, 467, 468, 471,
420, 120-B and 406 of IPC.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that instant
petition can be disposed of with the liberty to file a representation
within a period of seven days before the competent authority.
