1. The present appeal has been filed under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. by the
appellant/complainant against the judgement dated 19.08.2013 passed by
learned JMFC, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in the case bearing CC
No.3112/12 titled as ‘M/s Mahatta Camera Corporation Vs. Sanjay K
Salva’, vide which the respondent was acquitted of the offense under
Section 138 NI Act. The appellant had approached this Court vide
CRL.L.P. No. 22/2014 seeking leave to appeal and the same was granted by
this Court vide order dated 23.02.2017, following which the appeals were
duly admitted.
