1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. This is an application U/S.389 of CrPC for
grant of bail to the appellant-petitioner No.1-
Mahendra Kumar by suspending his sentence till
disposal of the appeal.
3. Heard Ms. Soma Patnaik, learned counsel for
the appellants and Mr. S.K. Samantaray, learned
Central Government Counsel, who enters appearance
in Court today by filing appearance memo in the
matter, which is taken on record and perused the
