Considering the issue involved in this writ petition and the prayer made

therein, there is no scope for any interim order.

Subject to the point of maintainability raised by ECL, the respondent

authorities shall file report in the form of affidavit in the light of case made

out in the writ petition by disclosing supporting documents on or before

August 14, 2025. Exception in the form of affidavit shall be filed by the

petitioner on or before September 4, 2025.

The writ petition shall appear under the heading “Court Application

(under Article 226)” on September 11, 2025.
