Dist rict Cham oli. The Addit ional Secret ary, Urban

Developm ent Depart m ent , Governm ent of Ut t arakhand

has issued a t ent at ive Not ificat ion dat ed 14.12.2024.

The pet it ioner has subm it t ed her obj ect ions dat ed

20.12.2024 t o t he respondent no. 1, which are st ill

pending. Therefore, t he pet it ioner has filed t he present

writ pet it ion under Art icle 226 of t he Const it ut ion of

I ndia wit h t he following prayers:

” ( i) I ssue a writ , order or direct ion in t he nat ure of
m andam us, com m anding t he respondent , Dir ect or of

reasoned and speaking order on t he repr esent at ion as
preferr ed by t he pet it ioner, in line wit h t he order as
passed by t his Hon’ble Court in WPMS No. 3551 of
2024 ( Annexur e No. 3.)
