Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned
counsel for the respondent no.2 and learned Special Public
Prosecutor for the State.
2. This is an appeal under Section 14(A)(2) of
the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of
Atrocities) Act, 1989 (hereinafter in short referred to as the
‘SC/ST Act’) against the refusal of prayer for bail vide order
dated 11.04.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions
Judge-VI- cum Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Nalanda at
Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 15 of
2025 registered under Sections 70 (1) of the B.N.S., 2023
and Section 3(1) (r) (s) (w) (i) and 3 (2) (v) of the
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1751 of 2025(3) dt.26-05-2025
Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of
Atrocities) Act.
