Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the
Police has instituted four different cases against the petitioner for
showing protest on account of death of one lady, who had died due
to helmet thrown by the Police Officials and four (04) different
FIRs have been instituted for the same occurrence by the four (04)
different police personnels. It is submitted that three (03) cases
have been listed today whereas one another case i.e. the fourth
case has been filed and which defect has been pointed out by the
Office.
2. Learned Spl. PP has submitted that the petitioner had also
led the mob and also assaulted the police personnel.

3. It appears that in A.B.A. No.2809 of 2025, the Informant
is one Ram Bachan Singh and who is Sub Inspector of Police and
in A.B.A. No.2820 of 2025, the Informant is one Mamta Devi,
who is Constable and in A.B.A. No.2821 of 2025, the
Informant is one Om Prakash who is an Assistant Sub-Inspector of
Police.
4. It appears that all the FIRs related to death of one lady
deceased Renu Devi in front of Medha Hospital and for which
several persons including the petitioner were protesting.
5. It also appears that the Police personnels have instituted
four different cases against the petitioner and several others for the
same cause of occurrence.
6. It appears that the petitioner and several other persons
including the petitioner were protesting in front of Medha Hospital
which belongs to Dr. Sanjay Kumar and for which the learned
counsel for the petitioner has produced the paper cutting which
reveals that death of the said lady deceased Renu Devi has also
shown to be caused by throwing the helmet upon her by the police
personnels.
7. It also appears that there is rival claim regarding death of
the deceased Renu Devi, as from paper cutting it reveals that the
son of the deceased lady, has stated that his mother was hit by
some unknown vehicle, whereas the local people have stated that
the deceased lady namely Renu Devi was hit by the helmet by the
Police personnels due to which she died.
8. Call for the legible scanned copy of Lower Court Records
and Injury Report of the injured, and also Postmortem of the
deceased lady.

9. Let the learned Spl. PP shall also inform as to whether the
family members of the deceased lady had instituted any case
against any concerned persons or not?
10. Let this A.B.A. No. 2809 of 2025, A.B.A. No.2820 of
2025 and A.B.A. No.2821 of 2025 be listed on 30th June 2025 and
till then no coercive step will be taken against the petitioner.
