1. The instant civil transfer application has been filed by the
petitioner-wife seeking transfer of Case No.235/2023 “Sunil Kumar
Vs. Manju Bai” preferred by the respondent-husband under
Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act pending before Additional
District Judge No.1, Raisinghnagar to the Family Court,
Sriganganagar.
2. Vide order dated 16.10.24, notices were directed to be
issued to the respondent and further proceedings in Civil Case No.
235/2023 “Sunil Kumar Vs. Manju Bai” pending before Additional
District Judge No.1, Raisinghnagar were stayed.
3. None present for the respondent despite service of notice.
