02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual
/Physical Mode).
2. The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in a case which
corresponding to C.T. Case No.615 of 2021 arising out of Kamarda
P.S. Case No.85 of 2021, pending on the file of J.M.F.C., Jaleswar,
registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under
Sections 341, 294, 323, 325, 307, 186, 353, 355, 379, 411, 506/34 of
the I.P.C. read with Section 51(3)(i) of O.M.M.C. Rules, 2016 and
Section 25(1)(a) of Arms Act, 1959, has filed this petition for his
release on pre-arrest bail.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that
procedure of Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. has already been followed
against the Petitioner, as such, the bail application has become
infructuous.

4. In view of such submission, the ABLAPL is disposed of as
infructuous.
