Instant revision petition has been filed by the petitioner
under Section 438 R/w Section 442 of BNSS against the order
dated 13.06.2025, passed by the learned Special Judge, NDPS
Cases, Sanchore, District Jalore whereby the learned Judge
dismissed the application filed by the petitioner under Section
167(2) Cr.P.C. / 187 of BNSS R/w Section 364A(4) of NDPS arising
out of FIR No.01/2022, PS NCB, Chittorgarh for offence under
Sections 8/22, 25 of NDPS Act.
Brief facts of the case are that on 13.06.2022, complainant
Vipin Kumar, Inspector submitted a report to the effect that on
receiving a secret information, Police team reached at the medical
shop of the petitioner and during search, recovered a cartons
containing 400 tramadol injection, 89 Nitrojepam & 469120

tramadol tablets. On the said report, FIR No.01/2022 was
registered against the petitioner and investigation commenced.
After the arrest of the petitioner on 16.06.2022, the investigation
has not been completed till date and therefoer, the petitoner filed
a default bail aplpication under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C. / 187 of
BNSS R/w Section 364A(4) of NDPS Act, which was rejected by
the trial court. Hence, this revision petition.
