The instant application for bail under Section 483 of BNSS
(439 Cr.P.C.) has been filed by the petitioners who have been
arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.204/2025, registered at
Police Station Pilibanga, District – Hanumangarh for the offences
under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 324(2), 307 & 189(2) of the BNS.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public
Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the complainant. Perused
the material available on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is
submitted that cross cases have been registered by the petitioners
and the complainant party. It is further submitted by the learned
counsel for the petitioners that the allegation against Manpreet
(petitioner No.1) is that he has been attributed injury No.1 which
is simple in nature and the allegations against the accused
Mangilal and Aadram (petitioners No.2 and 3) are that they also
assaulted the complainant but no injury is attributed to the
petitioners No.2 and 3.
